1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OVHE Tech, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

OVHE Tech provides software and web-based account services designed to help creators generate, manage, and export metadata and related content workflows. Features, pricing, plan limits, and product behavior may change over time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login access.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You may not impersonate another person, share access in a way that violates plan rules, or use the service to bypass security controls.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, platform misuse, or attempts to interfere with service integrity.

4. Plans, Credits, and Billing

• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit balances are subject to the pricing and limits shown at the time of purchase.
• Credits may only be used inside OVHE Tech for the intended product functionality and have no cash value.
• Access to premium features is granted only after successful payment verification and entitlement activation.
• We may correct mistaken credit grants, duplicate activations, failed captures, or billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law, payment provider rules, export restrictions, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, billing flows, or internal systems.
• Use bots, automation, or abusive traffic patterns to exploit pricing, credits, or platform resources without authorization.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep OVHE Tech available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, or parts of the service at any time, including for maintenance, legal, security, or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

OVHE Tech, including its software, branding, design, content, workflows, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

8. User Content and Responsibility

You remain responsible for the files, prompts, metadata, images, and other content you process through OVHE Tech. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to use, upload, edit, generate, or publish that content.

9. Disclaimer

OVHE Tech is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVHE Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant paid service in the period reasonably related to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment risk, legal compliance, abuse handling, or serious Terms violations.
